What you see from the first week
A pitch the club reads on a phone
One page per player and club: clips, why this club, the terms. You see when it was opened, for how long, and which clips were played. No PDF.
An assistant that never acts alone
Ask Compa about your records. When it wants to change something, it shows you a card and waits for your confirm. Every change is written in your name.
Deals become a schedule
Instalments, signing fees, bonuses, loan options, sell-ons: each with its date and state. You know what is owed to the agency and the player, and when.
Your players trust you with their careers.
You approve every change
Compa prepares requests, pitches and updates. Nothing is saved until you say so.
Built around the player
Career goals, contract terms and what the player earns sit next to every move.
Your agency, your access
Roles decide who in your agency sees players, pitches and money.
Questions agents ask
Do clubs need an account?
No. A pitch or a shortlist is a link. The club opens it in the browser, can say it is interested, and you see that it did.
Does Compa change my records?
Only when you confirm. Compa reads what your role can see, drafts, and proposes. The app writes nothing until you press Confirm.
Where is my data?
In a database in the European Union (Frankfurt), isolated per agency by access policies. The security page has the detail.
How do I start with my players?
Pick them from club squads in the shared dataset, search by name, or type one in. The setup guide walks you through your first request, player, contact and offer.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It installs from the browser on iPhone and Android and keeps its own data on the device.
What does it cost?
Starter is free for one agent, with no payment details. Pro and Agency add seats, deals and higher limits.
