When you reach a limit
Nothing is deleted and nothing becomes read-only. Adding more waits until you upgrade or make room. Downgrading keeps every record.
Questions about plans
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, at any time. Your records stay. If usage is above the new limits, you can still read and edit everything; adding more waits until usage fits.
- Do clubs pay or need an account?
- No. Clubs open the pages you send them. Only your agency has accounts.
- Is there a contract?
- Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the plan page. No minimum term.
- Do you take a commission on deals?
- No. The subscription is the only fee. What you record about a deal stays yours.
- Where is my data and can I take it with me?
- In the EU, isolated per agency. Admins can export the agency’s data on request today and from the app on the Agency plan.
- Can I use my own AI key?
- Not yet. Compa runs on Eskuadra’s key within the plan’s monthly messages. An agency key with its own model choice is designed and will follow.
- Are prices with or without VAT?
- Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to the agency’s country.
